Your Dedicated Directors

Leigh Edwards

Managing Director

Hi! I am Leigh, one of the Directors and Co-Founders at Direct Community Care. I have spent the last 25 years supporting our most vulnerable people in the community.

I have a background in Homelessness, Mental Health, Youth Work, Domestic Violence, Teaching and Out of Home Care for young people.

Across all of this has sat disability in varying forms.

I also have a grandson who has ASD, so am personally invested in the NDIS and how this system can best support participants.

My passion for helping people is deeply rooted in my family and my motto is ‘if you can help, you should’. We would love to assist you to enhance your journey and reach your goals.
